The Farmer at the Center
The S&G Innovation Agrar platform offers farmers flexible solutions from a single source that work both for their own concepts and for our standard solutions. Our goal is always to put the farmer at the center: the farmer decides which path to take, while we provide expertise, options and implementation strength.
On that basis, we develop financing structures that combine equity, subsidies and debt capital. Partnership-based participation models are also possible, allowing both sides to share in the success. Operational split structures, succession and expansions can be integrated as well.
We offer modular greenhouse solutions with integrated energy and water supply. The farmer chooses what fits the operation, keeps arable farming or existing structures in place and adds a new business branch where needed. We jointly handle planning and coordination, while the farmer remains the decision-maker.
During ongoing operations, the farmer remains in charge. We support technically and economically through monitoring, maintenance and operational management. Our flexible models make it possible to decide individually which tasks stay in-house and which are delegated to us.
We support access to sales partners, platforms, wholesalers and regional as well as international networks. We also assist with certifications, pricing and sales strategies to position products effectively in the market and open new sales channels.
